Junior and Senior Promenade...

it was fun until the last part of the program, the free dance.

i wasn't expecting anyone to dance me on the dance floor or anything... so i  just seated there with a bunch of my friends and did nothing..but after a while Rafael asked me to dance.

his dance was unexpected, actually... i really wasn't expecting him to ask me for a dance or anything.. and yes i still kind of love him but i know he will never feel the same way... and that i was dumb enough to fall in love with someone who would just consider me as friend.

it was the first time in like how many years that we've touched each other that way... and i know we never would in the near future... or whatever. he was my last dance.and it hurts because he left me another mark, and it just added to another memory that he might just forget. but i need to wake up and realize that even if the past is not that fixed or anything... some things are better left to be forgotten and never opened up again.
i wish i never fell in love with him. I miss our friendship and our closeness. if you were to ask me? i would choose friendship over love. Because love destroys friendship... and i don't want that to happen to me again in the near future.
