extended for a year

I am back... again... I might not come back anytime soon.
I am very... I don't know. Stressed? No, I am having a hard time as to how could I pay for my government finances because I have to budget my funds again and I really don't know what to do and I also need to change my SSS from employee to voluntary.
I am thinking as to when should I go absent and all that stuff. I mean come on. I don't know what to do anymore
I am stressing just because of this lol
anyway I have so many bills to pay and settle I need to think this through
