The World of Fan Fiction!

April is almost over and I have spent most of my time reading Twitter AU Threads.
Now now... before you judge me or anything, if you are a fan girl like me... or if you have been reading my blog? lol is somebody even reading my blog? I don't think so but yeah....
I have read a ton of fan fictions way back the one direction days and I have since shifted from wattpad to asianfanfiction and now to twitter au threads.
The world of fan fiction over the years has transformed many fans life in different ways. It would be the thought of thinking that they know their idols but they really don't. The very idea of fan fictions is simple. It is a work of art made by fans for themselves to imagine what it would be like for a certain ship of theirs or them to be in a relationship with their favorite member of the group (bias as kpop fans would call it.)
Most of the fan fictions that I have read on twitter are in taglish ( a mixture of english and tagalog/filipino) and I do read some foreigners asking the writers to translate it as for them to enjoy it as well. Its that good.
As a fan of One Direction since 2012. I have been an avid reader of fan fictions, if you know the movie After which is basically a Harry fan fic from wattpad by Anna Todd, then you can clearly see the impact this fan fiction does. It could give you a career if you are really that good in writing.
I, on the other hand have found writing difficult. I do love reading though and I can have thoughts and plots and outlines but I never finish them because I lack the skills in writing and I just can't write from another perspective. I am a person and I only speak for myself.
As an EXO since 2016. ( I actually knew them way back what is love and mama era because of my friend but I was not a fan back then) I have been fond of reading fan fictions on AFF and twitter au threads. I mostly read original characters and bias/favorite member on AFF (I don't do ships), for twitter I read exovelvet au's where they ship exo members to red velvet members. I mean I don't really ship them but its cute and well written that I can't help but read it.
